Based on wishes and needs of customers (buyers, sellers and any other parties involved) we are expanding the list of our services which can be briefly summaries to include the following:

• free viewing of a real estate in Slovenia and Croatia (either selling or buying);
• free advertising in printed and web media and on website www.adrianepremicnine.si and www.adriatic-realestate.eu;
• free consultation and information by email info@adrianepremicnine.si, in person or by phone;
• consultation on real estate transaction and preparation of various types of contracts (sale contract, gift contract, inheritance, division, land subdivision, etc.);
• consultation and preparation of required documentation for establishing a commonhold;
• assistance and consultation for buying a real estate at an auction;
• assistance in finding a court appointed real estate evaluator;
• consultation for selling, buying or swapping a real estate;
• checking the actual condition of a real estate (viewing the property);
• checking the legal ownership of a real estate;
• mediation in negotiations to conclude a contract (negotiating on sale price and other aspects as requested by contracting parties);
• preparing forms for tax assessment by the Tax Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (accompanying customers to notary certification of a contract and throughout the process, including at the hand-over of the real estate or until a transaction is completed);
• preparing a hand-over record and documents for handing over the ownership, to be filled with appropriate authorities (municipal services, water, electricity, janitor); consultation on obtaining a mortgage;
• leasing of real estate;
• participating in real estate renovations or moving;
• arranging construction documentation and participating in the construction process as agreed and required by a customer.
