We are one of leading real estate agencies in the coastal area and in the south Primorska region of Slovenia. Through recommendations of satisfied customers we have grown to provide our services in other areas of Slovenia as well as in Croatia and Italy.

The company was established in 2004 but our first experiences in the real estate market go back to 1997.

Reliability and expertise are two conditions for clients’ trust and satisfaction which we strive to maintain. We value continual training of our staff. We work together with notaries, evaluators, lawyers, banks, land surveyors and others, from the start of the process until the completion of a particular transaction. We guide and direct our customers through the whole process.

We subscribe to the Code of good practice in real estate transactions of the Chamber for real estate transactions within the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and hold a licence for property brokerage services, issued by the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning.

In accordance with the Real Estate Agencies Act (abbrev.: ZNPosr-UPB1, Official Gazette of the RS No 72/2006) our liability is insured with Triglav insurance company d.d., in the amount of EUR 175,000.00 per each transaction, while the annual aggregate of EUR 350,000.00.
